Map

Not binary. A grammar for weather.

Dis-ease here is not on or off. It is a knock, a liver speaking early, a gut at war, a waveform handed over, a night that did not finish. You open one stomach. If a vendor cannot say which row they fill, you are buying fog. The river flows with ease. The intervention that replaces noticing is the leak.

What to really know

The mean weighs cargo and calls the harbor fine. The current is often somewhere else — insulin still knocking, oil riding, a canary in the liver, a tape the physical never took. Blank is not a failing. These are the lines that speak when they are present, and the clock that speaks when they are not.

The interval

Hours since the last crest. Sleep as the downstroke. You already have this. No barcode.

The plate

What arrived, and how this body received it. Food is becoming a prescription. You are the expert of you. There is no fixing.

Rest

The downstroke the mitochondria, the gut, and the brain were waiting for. Capacity is a current. Scrolling is another crest. You already have this night.

The inner soil

How the middle sits after a meal. How the head sits after rest. That is the microbiome without a printout. Gut and brain come back online together.

The tape

Waist beside height. Half the height is the quiet line many of these voices watch. Tissue is a stomach.

The morning knock

Fasting insulin, if the factory still writes. Glucose is often late. This is how you hear the tide before the pool warms.

Oil beside the pool

Triglycerides beside HDL. They travel together. LDL-C is cargo without the boats. ApoB counts the fleet when the room will add a line.

The canary

GGT beside ALT. Uric acid as the leftover of a fructose crest. The liver often speaks first.

Weather, not identity

hs-CRP when the year turns, not monthly. Inflammation is smoke. The stacked crest is often the fire.

The filter’s quiet leak

Urine albumin-to-creatinine, once a year. Serum creatinine can look saintly while the filter leaks.

Source, only if the story asks

C-peptide names whether a beta cell still wrote insulin. Once, when diabetes is in the story. Not every morning. Not for Samira.

Autonomy

A file you can take

JSON and CSV still come and go as their own. Sample fish stay in the river. They are not written into your file unless you place them yourself.
